Reels have the power to go viral quickly, therefor help you reach a wider audience. However, you want to make sure you're creating content relevant to your ideal client so you can attract quality leads.
Also - the head of Instagram has just announced they're now prioritising ORIGINAL content. So don't just jump on trends.

Stories are best for building connections and making sales. Your warm leads are hanging out on your stories, so you want to leverage your stories as much as possible for providing value, getting your audience into your DM’s and showing up and selling.

When it comes to selling, lots of people just use the link sticker for stories, but you’re missing out if you’re not making the most of using polls or asking your audience to DM you. Not everyone is ready to make a purchase without having a conversation with you first, and with that being said not everyone will have the confidence to reach out to you.
