5 easy but powerful steps to a successful launch

 

Launches should be exciting and simple, but there’s two problems I see the most.

1️⃣ Too many businesses go into a launch with no strategy

2️⃣ Too many business owners over complicate it

 

SIMPLIFY your launches. Trust me, you’re making it harder than it needs to be!

You get yourself caught up too much in all of the Social Media "hacks". Like engaging with other accounts, changing your hashtags or sending people DM's.

Myself and my clients have multiple 5 figure launches and it's not because of any of the above.

 

Here are 5 steps you need for a successful launch.

 

Set Your Goals. πŸ₯…

First of all, you need to decide on your launch goals. What do you want from your launch? A specific amount of income? A specific number of clients? A certain revenue?

Get clear on this first, this will help you determine how well your strategy went after your launch so you can rinse and repeat your results or improve next time.

 

Launch Strategy. βœοΈ

The second step is choosing your launch strategy. How are you going to launch? Will you do a pre launch exclusive to your email list? Will you offer freebies or bonuses? How are you going to create all the hype around your launch before you kick it off?

Getting all of these steps into place is going to help you create a plan of action and go into your audience prepared with a clear strategy.

 

Content Strategy. πŸ“±

Next up is your content strategy. If you want a successful launch, you need to get intentional with your content. What content will you create to attract new leads? How will you warm your audience up to buy from you? How are you going to sell your new offer to them?

Your insights would be a really great place to start with this so you can see what content is already going down well with your audience and driving them to your website.

 

Get To Work. πŸ‘©‍πŸ’»

Once you’ve set your goals, chosen your launch strategy and put together your content strategy, it’s time to get to work. Get out there and start building the hype ahead of your launch and pushing people towards your launch (for example your email list if you’re pre launching exclusive to your mailing list).

You should spend a few weeks before your launch getting your audience excited about what’s to come.

 

SELL. πŸ’ΈπŸ’ΈπŸ’Έ

Last but not least, go out there and SELL. Get those emails out, get on your stories, go live, show reviews, answer FAQ’s and objections, and go for it! Successful launches require lots of selling.
